Innovation is firmly believed to be the primary driving force for development in Anbao. We persist in investing in technological upgrading and transformation. For talent team construction, we actively attempt to recruit and cultivate mid-level and senior technical personnel. Currently, that number has reached 25, accounting for 12% of the total 210 employees and exceeding the 10% average ratio in the same industry. Moreover, production technology is another essential part that we focus on in the R&D of processes and products. In 2016, we successfully obtained four national patents related to our leading products, and our enterprise technology center was recognized as the "Technology Center of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanxi Province". Innovation is a long-term goal for us to pursue. We will constantly strive to find more effective and efficient ways in production, monitoring, management and inspection processes.

Presently, our annual production capacity reaches 20,000 tons and will exceed 35,000 tons after the completion of the new factory area construction project. We have an advanced and solid production foundation. In terms of factory facility construction, Anbao's existing factory area covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a building area of 45,000 square meters. It includes a three-story office building, a raw material cutting workshop, two forging workshops, a heat treatment workshop, two machining workshops, a packaging workshop, a finished-product warehouse and a semi-finished- product warehouse. After several large-scale technological transformations, Anbao's technical equipment level now ranks at the forefront in the same industry. We own advanced forging and pressing processing equipment, including three-station die forging hydraulic presses, D81K-2000MM ring rolling machines, bidirectional trolley-type natural gas heat treatment furnaces, CNC lathes, and high-speed CNC drilling (milling) machines. In addition, for testing, Anbao is equipped with metallographic analyzers, spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, universal testing machines, and infrared thermometers.
